Srushti has joined Athena Behavioral Health as Case Manager. A holder of M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from Amity Institute of Behavioural and Allied Sciences, Gurugram, she has also completed her Diploma in Social Entrepreneurship from Amity University Mumbai in 2021. Srushto has obtained certifications in ‘Forensic Psychology’ from Udemy in December 2022, and Gerontology from Udemy from August 2020.

Srushti holds experience of working with several organizations such as Sneh Sparsh Centre, Pune; Citizen Hospital; California Hypnosis Institute, Gurgaon; and Life Surfers, Gurgaon, to name a few. This helped her gain experience in understanding the real needs of elderly, keeping the system updated with the needs of elderly, observing sessions targeted at clients with different mental health issues on video call, assisting in content development for sessions on mental illnesses, sharing new ideas and collecting feedback from these sessions, training and preparing clients in self-hypnosis conditioning, conducting extensive workshops on Counselling Skills Training (CST) and Case Study Building (CSB), etc.

She has also presented several research papers. A few of these include “Sexuality in Hindu Spiritual Context: A Systematic Review,” “Bhagavad Gita as an Evergreen Psychotherapy,” and “Study on Increasing Productivity and Efficiency of Educational Community” by Introducing the 4 Day Week Schedule at ‘National Conference off Community Mental Health: Explanation and Exploration. She has also written a dissertation during her graduation on “Professional Burnout and Job Satisfaction in Indian Educators during the COVID-19 Pandemic.”
