Nitya Jaggi

Nitya Jaggi has joined Athena Behavioral Health. She brings a robust educational background, holding a high school diploma from Modern School Barakhamba Road with a commendable 93.25%, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Applied Psychology from Sri Aurobindo College (eve), Delhi University, where she achieved a GPA of 7.0, graduating in June 2024.

Nitya has garnered a range of certifications, including workshops on Psycho-Oncology, Psychology, Psychotherapy, and the Rorschach Inkblot Test from Fortis Healthcare. She also participated in a self-care workshop for those living in toxic families organized by Sukoon Ghar in 2023.

Her professional journey includes internships at Fortis Healthcare, where she took part in programs like the Pro-Social Peer Moderator and Clinical Psychology Internship. She also worked with the Pledge a Smile Foundation, raising Rs. 28,000 for winter essentials and leading a team of volunteers. At To-Let Globe, Nitya served in HR roles, managing employee relations, recruitment, and HR strategies.

Nitya’s project work includes leading a focus group discussion on identity formation in youth, conducting a job satisfaction survey case study, and performing an organizational commitment analysis across generations.

Her technical proficiency spans Google Forms, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Canva for graphic design. Beyond her professional pursuits, Nitya is committed to social good, has actively volunteered in the Rotary Blood Donation Drive for three years, and has assisted visually impaired individuals through the Be My Eyes platform since July 2019.
